Achieving a common market for telecommunications services in Australia and New Zealand
(2007) The project aims to identify the preferred approach for achieving a common market in telecommunications services in Australia and New Zealand within the work programme for the Australia-New Zealand Closer Economic Relations Trade Agreement, given the increasing alignment between telecommunications regulation in the two countries. Telstra Corporation is funding this project. The results are being published in (2007) 26 Australian Year Book of International Law. The Chief Investigators are Dr Tania Voon and Dr Andrew Mitchell, who are both Senior Lecturers at the Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne. |
