Evan is a partner of Hunt & Hunt Lawyers in Melbourne. Evan has had considerable experience in protecting intellectual property rights and has conducted legal proceedings in both the Supreme and Federal Courts with respect to such matters. As part of his Masters Degree at Melbourne University, Evan studied Arts & Law. His is an authority on protecting the rights of owners of artwork stolen in military conflicts and has advised the National Gallery of Victoria on its protocols for addressing claims with respect to artworks stolen by the Nazis is the Second World War. Evan is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Australia China Business Council.
