Emily Hudson - CMCL & IPRIA
Emily Hudson is a Research Fellow at the Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia and the Centre for Media and Communications Law. Prior to commencing work at IPRIA and the CMCL, Emily was employed for three years at a major national law firm, with a particular interest in intellectual property litigation. Nowadays, Emily's major research focus relates to law and cultural institutions, including the digitisation, copyright and cultural institutions project. Emily holds degrees in science and law, and has completed seven-eighths of a Masters of Law at the University of Melbourne.
