Cambodia: An Internet-Based Bibliography Volume 1, No. 2 Pauline C Reich Pauline C Reich is Associate Professor at the Waseda University School of Law, Tokyo, Japan. She is a licensed American lawyer, mediator and arbitrator. From 1995-1999 she was co-chair of the Pacific Rim Subcommittee of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution. She has also been a member of the Executive Committee of the Committee on Asian Law of the Association for Asian Studies (USA) and Vice Chair of the International Legal Education Committee of the American Bar Association Section of International Law and Practice.
