The Masykur Abdul Kadir Case: Indonesian Constitutional Court No 013/PUU-I/2003 (Bali Bombing case) Volume 6, No. 2 Simon Butt , David Hansell Simon Butt is a PhD student at the Asian Law Centre, The University of Melbourne, studying the Indonesian political system. He is also an Associate Director of the Asian Law Group. David Hansell worked as an interpreter with the Australian Federal Police during the Bali Bombing trials and currently works for the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs.
