Melbourne Law School is committed to providing our graduate research students with an outstanding experience throughout candidature.

This includes high quality research training and a Research Support Program that assists candidates to develop the high level skills needed to complete an outstanding thesis. There is also a particular focus on building the foundation for a future careers especially in academia through a mentoring program and the unique PhD Teaching Fellowships.

There are also a number of opportunities for our students to present their work to national and international audiences, to build research relationships in Australia and overseas and to undertake fieldwork.

Throughout candidature our graduate research students are given high quality support and access to world-class facilities to assist them to successfully complete their research thesis.
