Graeme Austin is the J Byron McCormick Professor of Law at the University of Arizona. Prior to this, he was a senior solicitor in the commercial litigation department of a commercial firm in Auckland, where he practised mainly in copyright and trade marks. He holds an LLM and JSD from Columbia Law School.
In addition to his academic duties, Graeme was an adviser to the American Law Institute’s recent project on international intellectual property. He has written many books and articles, focusing recently on enforcement of intellectual property across international borders.
