Owen Anderson is the Eugene Kuntz Chair in Law in Oil, Gas and Natural Resources at the University of Oklahoma. He serves on the board of directors of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and is editor of Oil and Gas Reporter and Texas Title Standards. He is a Life Commissioner for the Uniform Law Commission and co-authored International Petroleum Transactions, Hemingway Oil and Gas Law and Taxation, Cases and Materials on Oil and Gas Law, Kuntz on Oil and Gas Law, and Waters and Water Rights. He has lectured on international petroleum law and transactions on six continents..
