Paul Hockridge is a Tax Partner in the Melbourne office of Deloitte.
 
He has a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Laws Degree, a Graduate Diploma in Taxation and a Master of Laws.  He is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, CPA Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is admitted to practice in Victoria as a Barrister and Solicitor.  He is also an adjunct professor at LaTrobe University.
 
Paul is a member of and past Chairman of the Tax Practice Committee of CPA Australia and for a number of years he represented CPA Australia on the National Tax Liaison Group.  He currently represents CPA Australia on the Fringe Benefits Tax subcommittee of the National Tax Liaison Group and he sits on the FINSIA Risk Management and Estate Planning Task force.
 
Paul is the author of a book on employment taxes published by the Centre for Professional Development, called A-Z of Benefits and Expense Payments.  He also sits on the Education Committee of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
 
For a number of years Paul has been a regular author and speaker on taxation matters, particularly in relation to tax aspects of business and investment structuring, estate and succession planning and salary packaging.
