- Congratulations to the Law Research Service at the University of Melbourne Law Library on winning the Australian Law Librarian of the Year Award.
The award is given out every year by the Australian Law Librarians Association (ALLA) to a librarian or team who demonstrated excellence in dealing with issues and challenges. Nominees are measured on the value of the service provided to their organisation, and to the legal information profession as a whole. The award was presented at the ALLA conference dinner on Friday the 4th of September and is sponsored by Legal Library Services. - Timebase - we have a new legislation online database available - Timebase - via the popular databases page.
