Judges, Lawyers and Professional BodiesThese collections are the archival records of prominent Victorian judges and lawyers held in the University of Melbourne Archives and available for research. They include material such as judges’ case notes and trial notebooks, correspondence, diaries and other records that reveal in detail the workings of the legal world from both sides of the bench. UMA also holds archival records of professional bodies, such as the Law Institute of Victoria, which illuminate the broader aims and concerns of the legal profession. Judges Justice
