Please note: This service is only available to Law Faculty staff at the University of Melbourne.

The Law Library has 3 Computer labs available to law students and staff for legal research. They are located on level 3 of the Law Library with a total capacity of 106 users.
  • Computer lab 317 - 59 computers
  • Computer lab 319 - 27 computers
  • Computer lab 320 - 20 computers


Computer labs 317 & 320 are primarily used for teaching and are equipped with overhead data projectors as well as printers. Computer lab 319 is a collaborative learning centre designed for group work.

Law faculty staff can book the labs throughout the year by filling in the following request form. You will be notified by e-mail as to whether your request can be fulfilled.
