Textbooks
The Law Library will receive one copy of the recommended reading for undergraduate subjects from the general materials vote. Extra copies are purchased from the Law Library budget according to a formula which takes into account whether the text is prescribed or recommended as well as the number of students enrolled in the subject. Up to five copies of a text may be purchased in this way.
Other textbooks may be recommended for purchase to support undergraduate and postgraduate subjects and research.
Research Support Fund
This fund is available to purchase books to support the research activity of faculty and post graduate students. Submissions to this fund are made to the Information Division Collection Management Committee in the first half of each year.
