Carol Andrades is a consultant to Ryan Carlisle Thomas Lawyers.
She has practised for many years in the fields of discrimination law, industrial law and employment law and has worked in both the public and private sectors.
Carol has delivered numerous papers in her fields of expertise, both in Australia and abroad and has published several articles in a range of legal publications. She wrote the chapter on Freedom from Discrimination and Harassment in the Australian Charter of Employment Rights and has worked with the International Labour Organisation in Vietnam, to assist with aspects of the introduction of that country’s Labour Code.
Carol sits on the Industrial Law Committee of the Law Council of Australia, is a member of the Advisory Board of the University's Centre for Employment and Labour Relations Law, a Senior Fellow in the University's Faculty of Law and a member of the Women’s Sub-Committee of the Federation of Ethnic Community Councils
