Carrie Menkel-Meadow is Chancellor’s Professor of Law at the new University of California, Irvine School of Law and AB Chettle, Jr, Professor of Dispute Resolution and Civil Procedure at Georgetown University Law Center, United States.
She has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Toronto, Harvard Law School, Stanford Law School and many other law schools in Europe and South America. She has written and lectured extensively in the fields of alternative dispute resolution, legal ethics, clinical legal education, feminist legal theory and women in the legal profession. She holds two LLDs (Hons) from Quinnipiac and Southwestern Schools of Law and a JD degree cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where she also served on the Law Review.
