Dino Kritsiotis is Reader in public international law at the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.

His research interests in international law are the use of force and armed conflict, democracy, the United Nations (UN), as well as the history and theory of international law. He has served as Rapporteur of the International Law Association (British Branch) Committee on Theory and International Law and the Rapporteur for its Treaty Committee. He has written a number of publications including Arguments of Mass Confusion and When States Use Armed Force. He has taught at the University of Pretoria and the University of Michigan.
