Fiona Macmillan is Professor of Law at Birkbeck, University of London, United Kingdom and Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Roma Tre.
Her areas of expertise, in which she has published widely, are intellectual property, cultural property and international economic law. She has degrees from the University of New South Wales and the University of London. She has been admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Previously, she held positions at the University of New South Wales, Murdoch University, the University of Leicester and the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London.
