Gareth is a senior lawyer in the tax department of Minter Ellison, specialising in international tax and tax controversy. Prior to joining Minter Ellison, Gareth worked in the international tax department of a Big 4 Chartered firm on a range of advisory and controversy matters (including transfer pricing).
Gareth graduated from the University of Melbourne Law School in 2006 and will complete his LLM in 2011. Gareth also contributed extensively to the Australian chapter of the 2010/2011 Wolters Kluwer publication Permanent Establishments: A Domestic Taxation, Bilateral Tax Treaty and OECD Perspective.
