Michael has over 20 years experience in the tax industry. Before joining KPMG in 1999, he was a senior officer in the Australian Taxation Office. Michael advises a broad range of clients including governments and international groups on various corporate tax matters and specificities in privatisations and infrastructure and transactions, tax consolidation and tax administration and governance.
Michael is also a Director in KPMG’s Australian Tax Centre and has a continuing involvement with the ATO and Treasury on tax reform issues, in particular, tax consolidation.
Michael has a B.A from the University of Melbourne and a B.Ec from Monash.
