Justice Michelle Gordon is a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia.
Previously, Justice Gordon was a practising barrister based at the Victorian Bar. She practised widely in commercial law (with a particular focus on taxation law and trade practices), public law, constitutional law and extradition law. She was a sessional member at VCAT since 1998 and a has been a member of the Taxation Committee of the Law Council of Australia since 2001.
