Philip Williams is the Chairman of Frontier Economics (Australia) and he heads their legal and competition team. He taught full-time at the University of Melbourne from 1978 to February 2002, when he resigned as Professor of Law and Economics in the Melbourne Business School at the University. He is currently a Professorial Fellow of the University of Melbourne.
Philip has given expert economic evidence in many of the leading trade practices cases in Australia and New Zealand. He is a member of the Trade Practices Committee of the Law Council of Australia and is President of the Epworth Hospital.
