Ralph Cunnington is an Honorary Research Fellow at the School of Law, University of Birmingham.
He has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Western Ontario and a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Bayreuth, Germany. He co-authored Text, Cases and Materials on Contract Law and co-edited Contract Damages: Domestic and International Perspectives. He has published a number of articles on contract damages, including ‘The Assessment of Gain-Based Damages for Breach of Contract’; ‘The Inadequacy of Damages as a Remedy for Breach of Contract’; ‘A Lost Opportunity to Clarify’; and ‘Should Punitive Damages be Part of the Judicial Arsenal in Contract Cases?’
