Richard Nolan is Reader in Corporate and Trust Law at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
He has published widely in these areas and has been a Visiting Professor in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. He is an editor of the Journal of Corporate Law Studies, and also a contributing editor of Buckley on the Companies Acts and Snell’s Equity. He has acted as a consultant to governmental bodies in the UK. He is a barrister and door tenant at Erskine Chambers, Lincoln’s Inn, London, and regularly advises corporate clients.
