Rodd Levy is a Partner in Freehills in Melbourne, where he practices in corporate and commercial Law. He has particular expertise in company takeovers and is the author of the well known book, Takeovers Law & Strategy (3rd edition, 2009, with Neil Pathak).
Rodd has advised on a wide range of takeover matters for over 20 years, including some of Australia’s best known and most complex takeover transactions. Rodd has also been involved in general corporate advisory work, corporate governance issues, executive incentive arrangements and equity capital raisings.
