Russell Miller AM is the head of Minter Ellison's Australasian Competition Group.
He is the author of Miller's Annotated Trade Practices Act (Thomson, 31st edition 2010) and Miller's Australian Competition Law and Policy (Thomson 2008).
Russell is a member of the Law Council of Australia's Trade Practices Committee. Internationally, he is a non-government adviser to the International Competition Network - the network of national competition regulators, including the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
He has been awarded an Order of Australia (AM) for his contribution to the fields of international and business law.
