Associate Professor Ruth Buchanan

Ruth Buchanan is an Associate Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. She has previously held appointments at the University of British Columbia and the University of New Brunswick, as well as an appointment as a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of London. Her research interests include law and development, transnational economic institutions such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the World Trade Organization, the role of transnational civil society in those institutions and social and legal theory.
