Samuel Issacharoff is Reiss Professor of Constitutional Law at New York University.
He has taught at Harvard University, Columbia University, Oxford University and the University of Texas. His research interests include constitutional law, civil procedure and complex litigation and law and economics. He is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, the highest honorary society in that country. He is the author of many articles and books on civil procedure, the law of democracy, mass litigation and comparative constitutional law. He has been voted outstanding professor by students at New York University School of Law, Columbia University Law School and the University of Texas School of Law.
