Sarah Worthington is a Professor of Law at the London School of Economics and a Barrister at 3/4 South Square, London.
She has degrees in science and law from universities in Australia and the United Kingdom and has published about commercial equity, personal property and securities law, secured financing and corporate governance. She has been a consultant to the UK Law Commission, and participated as a member of working groups of the Bank of England Financial Markets Law Committee and the United Kingdom Company Law Review. She is a Fellow of the British Academy and QC (hon.).
