Stephen is a corporate lawyer and business adviser who works with a select group of public and private clients in a range of industries including energy & resources, technology and innovation and product development.
Stephen practices primarily in corporations and financial services law, capital and debt raising, corporate governance and risk management, trade practices, insolvency and reconstruction and regulatory enforcement and compliance.
Stephen has advised many clients in the preparation of shareholder agreements and related documents and in litigious and non litigious shareholder disputes.
Stephen is a member and former Deputy Chair of the Corporations Committee and a member of the Insolvency and Reconstruction Committee of the Law Council of Australia.
