Stuart Green is Professor of Law and Justice Nathan L. Jacobs Scholar at Rutgers Law School, Newark, United States. A graduate of Yale Law School, he has taught at the University of Michigan and Louisiana State University Law Schools, and has served as a Fulbright Distinguished Scholar in the United Kingdom and as a consultant to the Law Commission for England and Wales.
His books include Lying, Cheating, and Stealing: A Moral Theory of White Collar Crime; Philosophical Foundations of Criminal Law (co-edited with R.A. Duff); and Thirteen Ways to Steal a Bicycle: Theft Law in the Information Age.
