Trevor Stevens is the senior partner in the trade marks group of Davies Collison Cave. His specialist area of practice is trade mark opposition proceedings and he has appeared in numerous opposition hearings before the Registrar of Trade Marks over a period of more than twenty years. His clients include many major U.S. and European corporations.

Trevor has lectured in trade marks law in the post-graduate programme at the University of Technology, Sydney, since 1996 and he has also lectured at the Melbourne Law School in trade mark practice.In the past Trevor has served on the Board of Directors of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and he is currently editor of the INTA Bulletin.

Trevor holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne and Masters of Law from London University.He is admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and as a Solictor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
