Frank worked for 12 years with the Australian Taxation Office and was with Corrs Chambers Westgarth for 16 years, 9 as a partner, that included roles as a Practice Group Leader and as a Board Member. Frank has been a member of the Victorian Bar since 2003.
Frank is:
- the deputy Chair of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia
- a former Chair of the Taxation Committee of the Law Council of Australia
- a member of the Revenue and Taxation Law Specialist Accreditation Advisory Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria;
- the Chair of the Disciplinary Committee of CPA Australia
- a part time Senior Member of the Commonwealth Administrative Appeals Tribunal;
- a Member of the Council of Mannix College at Monash University; and
- a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
