Carol Andrades is a consultant to Ryan Carlisle Thomas Lawyers. 

She has practised for many years in the fields of discrimination law, industrial law and employment law, in both the public and private sectors.

Carol has delivered numerous papers in her fields of expertise, both in Australia and abroad. She has also published several articles in a range of legal publications.

More recently, she has become involved in the conduct of a series of projects in Vietnam for the International Labour Organisation.

Carol sits on the Industrial Law Committee of the Law Council of Australia, is a member of the Advisory Board of the University's Centre for Employment and Labour Relations Law and is also a Senior Fellow in the University's Faculty of Law. She also sits on the board of the Queen Victoria Women's Centre Trust.
